Modeling nanoparticle embedded resistive organic memory devices

Abstract : I will present a model for resistive memory devices. The model reproduces many experimental features of resistive organic devices containing metal nanoparticles. It is based on the effect of the space charge of the nanoparticles that trap electrons.
